EMR owns and operates the EMR Account you interact with to get verified and receive payment(s) for your use of the EMR Products/Services.
The Programme Manager owns and operates the technical platform and is responsible for providing Customer Services and ensuring that any marketing activity respects your privacy and your choices.
Paysafe provides the payout processing services and provides you with the Card and the Card Account that holds funds you receive from EMR to enable you to withdraw such funds via SecOre Payout and to spend any available funds from your Card Account via the Card. Paysafe provides this service to customers in the United Kingdom. Paysafe receives your data from EMR and the Programme Manager to do this but does not have access to data about your EMR Account and on the App – only the value of your funds and transaction data related to the use of SecOre Payout and your Card.
The Programme Manager ensures that you have access to your Card Account information, including information about transactions that you have carried out using your Card.
EMR, Paysafe, and the Programme Manager share information to meet our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and the financial systems. This is achieved by managing related risks and the prevention and detection of fraud and other financial crimes. This includes exchanging information about your account creation, verification (“know-your-customer” checks), and transactions, via Secore Payout and including transactions through other payment service providers that are used to pay to or withdraw from your Card. Paysafe and the Programme Manager use automated decisions to detect fraud or other financial crimes - such use may include machine learning or artificial intelligence, or similar technological solutions. Learn more in our notices linked below.
The data you provide to EMR and the Programme Manager will be shared with Paysafe wherever necessary to ensure compliance with our regulatory obligations, working with all relevant regulatory bodies, and providing you with the service you expect.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and where appropriate, notified to you.
You have rights to know what we are doing with your data, to have errors corrected, and to challenge what we are doing if you disagree. To keep this simple, the Programme Manager will handle all your queries and privacy rights requests.
